How The Firm Grew

A brief timeline of the firm's growth. From a one-desk practice in Gurugram in 1996 to a pan-India compliance firm serving 267+ clients across 528 locations — the same principle throughout: keep the record the way an inspector will one day ask to see it.

1996

The Firm Is Founded

Krishan Kumar Gosai establishes the practice in Gurugram, representing local establishments in provident-fund and ESI matters before the departments.

Late 1990s

A Liaison Practice Takes Shape

Regular representation in PF/ESIC assessments and factory-inspectorate matters builds the working relationships with departments that still define our service today.

2000s

Payroll & Registers Desk

A dedicated payroll and statutory-registers desk is set up, so clients can hand over the full monthly compliance run — deductions, registers and returns — to one team.

2010s

Pan-India Expansion

Registrations, renewals and inspections are handled on the ground across states, growing the network of field associates that now reaches 528 locations.

2020

Labour Codes Advisory

As the four Labour Codes are enacted, we add a Code-impact advisory practice — mapping CTC structures, licences and policies to the new definitions.
